Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers are allowed to book orders for respective hotels and may cancel their reservations up to 24 hours before their scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.
However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival time will not be eligible for a refund. Neither the hotel nor the BookMyBuffet Team will be responsible for any cancellations made within this period.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given if the order is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled date of service. If this timeline is exceeded, no refunds will be made by the hotel or the BookMyBuffet/Krisblock team according to refund policies. Customers are advised to make payments and cancel at least 24 hours before the order date for a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery policy

There is no shipping or delivery service associated with any booked food orders. This is a dine-in facility where all food orders are scheduled to be served in the respective hotel restaurant.
