Yes. During the gifting process you can select an occasion such as birthday or anniversary and write a personal message which appears on the recipient's voucher.
The gift voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the recipient does not visit the hotel within these 30 days, the voucher expires automatically and cannot be extended, redeemed, refunded, or cancelled. We send reminder emails to the recipient before the expiry date — but please note that the 30-day validity is final and non-negotiable.
