Buffet Overview

Fresh orange, watermelon and mixed-fruit juices, with Bhopali Poha and hot Jalebi, Sabudana Khichdi, Sabudana Vada and Bhutte ka Kees. This is a classic Madhya Pradesh breakfast spread alongside fresh pressed juices.
Seasonal cut fruits, sprout salad, yoghurt and cereals, plus live egg station omelettes and fried eggs made to order. There are also live Aloo Paratha and Dosa counters.
Hot Jalebi with rabri, Malpua, Sheera, assorted muffins, croissants and Danish pastries.
Puri Bhaji, Aloo Kachori, Methi Thepla, toast, multigrain and brown bread, with Idli, Vada, Sambar and Upma.
